If I have a WP8.0 phone app in the Windows Phone Store, and later a universal app with the same name Make the two phone apps appear in the store next to each other in Win8.1 phones? If you've submitted two different apps, then it's just two separate apps for Windows Phone will show in 8.1 itself.

The idea here is just one app, and in that app you can press two versions: which only supports Windows Phone 8.1, and that supports Windows Phone 8.

In that case only the versions of every device (regardless of version) will only be what they currently support.
