drupal 7 - Omega 4 and 2 problems -

I am new in Omega 4 and I have problems or maybe this is a misunderstanding. How do I define 960px in omega 4? I should define this in _grid.scss : 

  $ grid: 12px; $ Gutter: 1/3; $ Tab: 44em; $ Desk: 77em; $ Mobile: 15m 35m;   
 If this is true, then how can I do omega3 area-like vein with 100% width? !!!

I have a small form with 10 text boxes, I have set them in the correct tab order. I want them on my tab service I was wondering if there is a way to set the text box so that they can be selected for editing until they are tabbed. That is ...
