Messaging feature disabled by default for a Twilio number -

I created an evaluation free account, my purpose was to test the service and to check whether it meets our needs . I have read that sending a message is available in free of charge accounts. I verified a Spanish phone number and in the support url in the country I saw the country supported to send domestic messages to Spain. I went into account settings and enabled Spain as a messaging country.

But, when I manage the number page, messaging is disabled.

I thank you in advance for any help to review the Docs and FAQs without any success.

Explained with the support of the similio. There are two types of numbers: In national and local Spain, only local numbers can be used but they are not available in the evaluation free account.

I have a small form with 10 text boxes, I have set them in the correct tab order. I want them on my tab service I was wondering if there is a way to set the text box so that they can be selected for editing until they are tabbed. That is ...
